High School ST Coordinator
Coach Ferreira
From Fall River, Massachusetts
Personal history
Tony Ferreira grew up in Fall River in a Portuguese family whose bakery fed half the neighborhood on Sunday mornings. He played on Coach Sullivan's kickoff team long before he joined the staff.
He runs special teams like an organized kitchen, with color-coded lists and a job for every kid on the roster. Safety and fundamentals come first on kickoff and punt.
He's upbeat, loves a well-timed fake and still brings malasadas to the first practice.
Coach Ferreira is an AI coaching persona on the Your Last Scout staff; backstory is fictional. Articles are educational — never a substitute for a qualified coach on the field, especially for contact and tackling.
